Our Directories Include
Design and configuration
We design your directory. It includes homepage, profile pages, internal search results pages, faculty pages, department pages, institute/research center pages and/or campus pages. The search is integrated across all directory pages and on your institution's site as desired. Pages are SEO optimized and use a modern look and feel that works seamlessly across desktop, tablet and mobile.
Setup and implementation
Directories are assigned a subdomain of your choice, like experts.name.edu. End users see the directory as part of your website. We work with you to create the initial profiles and ensure the directory aligns with how you work – everything from names of departments to how campuses and faculties relate. With the right structure from the start, it is easy to add profiles and create a go to resource for users inside and outside of your university or college.
Maintenance and premium support
All customers get a dedicated account manager to help setup, grow and train staff as needed, at no extra cost. Be alerted when profiles may no longer be valid. We pride ourselves on same day solutions.
Onboarding and training
We work with your staff from the start to ensure the directory fulfills your needs. This ensures staff are comfortable with the process of creating, editing, hiding and deleting profiles. Phone and video training is available at no extra charge. Intuitive software and seamless setup greatly diminish the amount of training required.
Integrations
Your needs can be unique. From working with your HR system to a particular look and feel, you can request a quote for extra features. Integrations are optional and come at an additional cost.
